Neelam is our signature royal blue short kurta with dhoti. The kurta and dhoti are made up with raw silk fabric. The gold tissue waistcoat features triangular multi embroidery along the delicate thread. The band collar giving it a contemporary look. The ensemble is completed by a fix pleats dhoti made from coordinating raw silk fabric.
