Return Policy – Applicable Only for Eligible Designer/Brands Items

We hope you love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 4 working days of the delivery date.

Please note that different vendors/designers may have their own return and refund policies, which are listed under each item.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with all garment tags intact and attached. Items with loose or broken tags will not qualify for a refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original pouch and packaging provided.
  • Worn, damaged, or used items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Made-to-order or bespoke items, as well as pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons), are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at care@studiobytcs.com with the order number, product name, and reason for the return. Use “Returns” as the subject line.

  2. After receiving our confirmation, package the item(s) securely in their original packaging.

  3. Ship the return to the following address:

  4. Please ensure the item reaches us within 4 working days of the delivery date. Any shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To avoid inconvenience, please verify whether an item is refundable or non-refundable before placing your order.
