She worked with Lawn through the collaboration with the Crescent Group of Industries. Shamaeel is one of the designers who worked in the international market. She is the winner of the Lux Style Award 2011 for Achievement in Fashion.

Shamaeel is also the only designer in Pakistan to have chartered international markets and resources. She has worked across a network of international trade fares such as Market week NYC, Heimtex Germany, and Magic U.S.A which led her to design for Donna Karen in Pakistan while developing products for companies such as Club Monaco Canada and Eddie Bauer.

Her collections are characterized by innovative colors, opulent designs, and delicate craft along with  embroidery and historical themes Shamaeel works with ready to wear and made to order sizes.
